The app works entirely on your iPhone. It does not collect, store or share any personal data. Purchases are handled by Apple, and we never see your name, Apple ID or payment details.

Who is responsible
Multiscan (“the app”) is made by RBN Apps. Questions about this policy: service@rbnapps.com.
What the app does not do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No analytics, tracking or advertising.
- No connection to our servers: the app never sends your scans or photos anywhere.
- No data is sold or shared with third parties.
Camera
The camera is used only to find and read barcodes and QR codes, live on your device. Camera images are not stored or sent anywhere unless you choose to save a photo (see below).
Photo library
When you save an annotated photo of your scanned codes, the app asks for add-only access to your photo library. It can add the pictures you choose to save, and it cannot see or read any of your existing photos.
Clipboard
When you tap a code to copy it, it is placed on your device’s clipboard so you can paste it into other apps. The app writes to the clipboard and never reads it.
Scan history and settings
The list of recent scans is kept in your iPhone’s memory and is cleared when the app is closed. Your settings, the number of free scans used today and any scan packs you bought are stored on your iPhone only and are removed when you delete the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions and scan packs are bought through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment under Apple’s privacy policy. The app only checks with Apple, on your device, whether you have an active subscription. We receive no personal or payment information.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
